My story

 

Dear all,

Most of you will know i've been threatening to do a run for some time and i have finally got around to it. It will probably be the slowest 10k in history, but it's for a very good cause so please sponsor me if you can.

I am running for The Athlone Trust, which is a small charity providing financial assistance for needy, adopted children; in practice for those with special educational needs.For more details, please visit www.athlonetrust.com.
