CHRISTMAS GIFTS in KIND is all about raising money for Buxton Mountain Rescue Team and saving you time searching for Christmas presents and cards.
Instead of spending time searching for presents that others possible don't really need or want, why not donate the value of your gift to the rescue team? In return the team's very own Santa will send a homemade Christmas card to whoever was to receive your present and explain that you have donated your money to a very worthy cause. You can personalise the message in the card and add it to the best wishes we will send from all our team members.
The value of your gift will go directly into the team's funds to buy the very expensive equipment necessary for our volunteer members to continue assisting all those who get into trouble in the great outdoors. Your gift may even help save a life! The cards and postage have been donated privately so all your donation can be treated as Gift Aid (tick the box)
DON'T FORGET TO TICK THE BOX on the payment page to enable me to send you an email requesting the name & address to which the card is to be sent and asking you for your personal message.
If you don't want any more socks or fly-killer perfume this Christmas why not ask your friends and relatives to make a donation on your behalf? Please spread the word.
To make the Gifts in Kind scheme worthwhile we ask for a minimum gift of £20. Please donate as soon as possible as all our elves are volunteers and they will need time to make the cards. Closing date for donations is Friday 11th December and all cards will be posted on Monday 14th December to give plenty of time for the postman.
