Story

Hi I’m a 22 year old man who Is entering the Liverpool Triathlon and I am very physically unfit, I’ve started my training and I’m about 30% of the way there. I’m doing this Triathlon because I didn’t enter a 10km run around Knowsley Safari Park last year with lads from work, so I thought I’d make it up by doing something a little more intense. I’m Doing the 750m Swim, the 20km Cycle and the 5km Run. Please Feel Free to donate as little or as much as you'd like it’s for the Wirral Autistic Society. Who do a tremendous job providing a lot of services to people who suffer from autism and their families.
