A little over a year ago Chris and Debbie Cousins were blessed with a new baby girl they named Ellie.  She is a beautiful little girl but when she was born she was very ill.  We are very lucky she is with us and without the support of the facilities and staff at Birmingham Children's hospital she wouldn't be.  She spent the first few months of her life there and has been back a number fo times since and they keep providing a wonderful service to keep her well.  She is due another operation in June and in 15 motnhs would have spent more time in hospital than i have in 44 years and more time than i would want to spend. 

 

Ellie is always going to need help and i think it only fair that if she can put up with that then i can put up with doing a bit of exercise and look to help put something back into the hospital as a thank you for their efforts.

 

So i am asking you to please support me and Ellie's dad and other firends and family in our fund raising efforts.  It isn't very hard really for me to pull on trainers and move my legs and it is almost painless to press a few buttons to donate some cash or just hand it over if you are, like me, a technophobe.
