NOTE: it looks like this event may have been cancelled as the company running it has gone in to liquidation - more news to follow as I get it....

Some of you may remember a couple of years ago Bee and I ran around Battersea park dressed as sumo wrestlers. As you all know the parks of west London are the natural home of the sumo - it is a majestic site to see them running free there again after being nearly hunted to extinction all those years ago...

This year we are planning on going to try and complete the run again. Not only do the charity that we are raising money for do really good work around the world but I am also going to need as much help as possible raising money for the following additional reasons:

1) All the working away from home I have been doing over the last couple of years has made the inflatable suit less and less necessary as my waistline expands to fill it. It may not be far but it really will be hard work this year.

2) Bee is far better at these sorts of things than I am and she is very keen to remind me of this. If I don't raise a decent amount soon I really will never hear the end of it...

The charity that we are running for is Gemini.org (http://www.gemin-i.org/) who do great work educating and bringing together children all around the world.
