‘I am a Specialist Nurse working with consultants Nick Panay and Claudine Domoney in the Menopause and Pre-Menstrual Syndrome clinic at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. We have a very busy and successful service meeting the needs of all ages of women suffering with PMS. I have been hugely impressed by the women I meet who in our clinic. Sometimes their treatments see miraculous results and for other women it is a long challenging journey. But one of the important resources to help all these women is this superb charity that gives generously from expertise in their field, as well as emotional and practical support from fellow PMS sufferers.

I want to positively support this charity and thought this could best be done by raising much needed funds. I am planning to do a bike ride on the 20 September and cycle a ‘marathon’ and I have commandeered my friends and family to cycle with me to ensure I finish! I have set up a page on www.justgiving.com if you wish to encourage me along.’
