As most of my friends will know I'm not one of the running worlds biggest fans, hence why I'm starting off small with a 5km run around Richmond Park this Saturday.!
I'm doing this horrendous task in a bid to raise a little bit of cash for Starlight which is a charity which grants wishes for terminally ill and sick children so that they can do something to take their mind off the treatments they're going through.
