Okay, so you're more likely to see us in stiletto's than in trainers and our idea of a nice Sunday morning is a long lie and a bacon roll not running 10K round Glasgow but in the name of Charidee we're donning the lycra and sweat bands and doing our bit! Given how lazy we are, please, please, please make this worthwhile, we're not doing all this sweating to just raise a tenner!
