As most of you know I am going to do the Great South Run later this month.  I have been training for the last 6 months, so hopefully I will finish!  The charity I am raising money for is the Harbour Cancer Support Centre in Gosport.  This charity is supported by my friend Liz who has been fighting cancer for the past two years, she won't let it beat her.  So I'm doing it for Liz and everyone else who is battling with this disease.
