On the 17th June 2012, The 3 Must-Get-Beers will mount their trusty steeds (or old push-irons of dubious reliability) and leave Clapham Common in search of the seafront delights at Brighton.  We will face 54(ish) tough miles of Southern roads, including London traffic, nasty hills and fire-breathing dragons.......OK, the dragons may just be a rumour.  Our plan is to make it all the way, preferably in the same day, without too many injuries......alternatively just making it there at some point will count as a success!

The chosen charity for such escapades is the British Heart Foundation.  The BHF fund research into the prevention, care and treatment of heart disease. They are aiming to spend £50 million over the next decade to help scientists learn to mend broken hearts affected by heart failure caused by a heart attack.  Over a generation they hope to reduce cardiovascular disease in the UK to one of the lowest levels in Europe.
