On the 1st of May I will be doing a Tandem Skydive to raise much needed funds for the Gift of Sight Appeal.
The Gift of Sight Appeal funds research into a range of diseases that cause blindness. Their main areas of research are age related macular degeneration (the most common cause of blindness in the western world), glaucoma and conditions such as nystagmus.

As I work in the Eye Unit connected to this charity I know how much this means to a lot of patients.
