We are cycling from Prudhoe to Tynemouth and back on the 29th August 2009 to raise money for the MSRRF (Multiple Sclerosis Research and Relief Fund) which is based in Morpeth and helps those affected by multiple sclerosis by providing complimentary therapies and exercises programmes to name a few.
