I'm cycling 100 miles in the Inaugual Ride-London event on the Sunday 4th August 2013. Its the Olympic road race route starting at Stratford, heading down to Surrey before finishing in the Mall. My target time is  5:30 

 I've chosen to ride for Rays of Sunshine because they helped our friends 'The Lancasters' when their son William was seriously ill and being treated for Burkits Lymphoma at GOSH. They help fulfil the wishes of many families in the UK, at time of great need.
