Story
Last year I managed to run the Half Mudder with a few weeks training... this year due to a little calendar mishap I am now running it in 10 days with no prep, a strapped up arm and shoulder and having only been back from the annual trip with HCPT for 3 days.
After my first run in six months today (it did not go well, I mean really, look at that picture!) it is definitely going to be an uphill struggle (literally and figuratively!).
If you were able to donate any amount of money, even if its a couple of coppers next time you see me, it would be greatly appreciated!
For those of you who don't know what I do with the charity then please read on below:
As some of you may know, I work with the Portsmouth Royal Naval division (Group 186) who are a group dedicated to helping disabled
children and child carers by giving them a week away each year.
We are able to provide a life changing week for the children as well as being able to provide their families with a well deserved week of rest.
HCPT takes on the responsibility of social, medical and travel needs meaning that the families do not have to pay for the care so as with every charity we must rely on the donations and support of the wonderful public!
So any donations so big or small would be greatly appreciated!
