MS-UK is here to support anyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS), which affects over 150,000 people in the UK. We empower people with MS to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of the condition and providing support where it is needed most.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Just a reminder as to what we are doing and why:

The Ironman is recognized as one of the hardest endurance events undertaken by athletes, the Ironman Triathlon is run all over the world with our event taking place in Zurich on 2nd July 2006.  Commencing with a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile cycle and then a full 26.2 mile marathon run. For those determined to succeed whatever the physical cost, there is a time limit of 16 hours for completion.

The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC) is a proactive and innovative charity, passionately committed to supporting anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis through access to unbiased information, research and advice. Our approach is to encourage individuals to make informed choices that are appropriate to their individual state of disability, empowering them to maximise their potential.

Many thanks indeed for your support,

Rob, Adam and Dave
