Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
On Sunday 25th April 2010, Mr Howells and I will be taking to the streets of London to run 26.2 miles in support of The Children’s Society. Our aim is to raise at least £2000 and if we achieve this target, we promise to run in super-hero fancy dress costumes (Mr Howells has said that he will run as Supergirl!). Obviously, £2000 is a lot of money and therefore we need as much support from everyone as possible! The Children's Society is a leading national charity that makes childhood better for all children in the UK, and helps young children and teenagers who may be suffering neglect, abuse, that are affected by drugs or alcohol, who may be bullied, as well as countless other factors. As it is important for all children to get a positive start in life, any money donated to the charity will be used to make these children’s lives better.
