I DID IT....!!!!!!
After a days training ,I eventually got to jump around 7pm.At a height of 3500ft I shuffled to the edge of the plane door, and on the Instructors command pushed myself out.Falling in to nothing for what seemed a long time, before my canopy opened fully.
The scenery at that height is particularly good, and I felt calm enough to enjoy the ride. All too soon the ground appeared to come up to meet me though and I landed without a bump.........amazing experience!
My Wife & Children were on the ground watching and they captured the happenings on video & photos ,so please go to " My Video" to watch my efforts.
Thanks to Everyone who has helped me raise money for the Ayrshire Hospice.
Kindest Regards
Craig
Welcome & Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 8th May 2010 at Strathallan I will be jumping out of a plane in aid of the Ayrshire Hospice.
Don`t worry I intend to take a parachute with me as the plane will be flying at 3200 ft at the time!
I have been keen on raising money for The Hospice for a while, especially since a work colleague of mine relayed his own personal experiences of the care they provided to a close relative of his.
His feeling towards the Hospice was one of huge gratitude when he considered the care he had witnessed first hand.
The Hospice relies heavily on donations to ensure the level of care they offer continues,so please help me raise valuable funding for them....................Thankyou.
