CreatePlay is a collaborative design & build project working to construct an inclusive sensory play-space in a mainstream Bulgarian nursery school, aiming to aid the integration of the school's first ever intake of disabled children.

Money raised through your support will go directly to the construction materials needed to make the play-space a reality. 

A series of creative community design workshops will culminate in the construction of the play-space over Summer 2013. This collaborative process aims to engage the community whilst the play-space itself aspires to be a platform for integration and debate, that will help break down the current social and cultural stigmas attatched to disability in Bulgaria. 

Working in partnership with the Bulgarian children's charity PriateliVT and the UK charity Volunteer Studio, CreatePlay aims to tackle the issue of children being denied their right to an education as a result of a disability. Ultimately, by engaging the community CreatePlay aspires to inform, empower and integrate.
