Nicki (self confessed arachnophobe) has set me a challenge of raising £1000 for Breakaway. Nicki and her family have benefited as a family from Breakaway - and see first hand how important it is for children with bladder and bowel diversions-dysfunctions to meet other kids "just like them"

Nicki foolishly said to me "I'll hold a spider if you can raise £1000 anyone who knows me knows I'm petrified!!"

We have until 12 noon on 1st May - so we havent got long to make Nicki eat her words and hold Fluffy theTarantula!

£1000 will enable 6 children to go on a life changing Breakaway weekend and realise that they are not on their own in the tough journey they face !

Breakaway are the UK's only residential weekend activity breaks designed for young people aged 4-18 with bowel and /or bladder diversions/dysfunctions, and their families.
Breakaway offers the opportunity to meet others in similar situations, to talk, share experiences and to take part in confidence building action adventure activities.
