Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

St John Ambulance provide First Aid cover at our events at Kneller Hall and many events nationally as well as training in First Aid for individuals. Hand Cycling in the gym is no easy option. The machine includes hills on the profile with inbuilt resistance!
