In 2008 we sadly lost our friend Dale Jacobs to cancer. Dale was a very popular man, always charming and full of fun, and the amzing turn out every time we've held this event shows how loved he was by all who knew him.

To remember Dale, we have held five charity football matches and a sponsored walk in past years to raise money for Macmillan, and we are excited that the match will again take place on the hallowed turf of Brisbane Road

We are very grateful that Leyton Orient football club have granted us the use of their stadium so that 2013's match  between LOFT and Orientear will return to the ground The kick off is at 2pm on 18th May 2013, followed by an auction (the list of prizes is on the Orient board), and then on to the Birkbeck Tavern for a quiz and live indie karaoke - there will be stalls and refreshments available throughout the day, and it's always good fun.
