Firstly I would just like to say, my request for sponsorship is not going to be a regular occurance, as having spent the last few months shedding weight and pounding the streets, after a great day pounding the street of New York I am pretty sure I will not be running another Marathon very soon! An absolutely brilliant day on 1 November, the support was brilliant in all 5 Boroughs and really helped to motivate me to keep going, on this very hilly course. Very pleased to beat my goal of being Sub 5 hours - completed it in 4.56.17. Will I do it again? Maybe?
I would appreciate your support in beating my target of £2500.00, for the RNLI, a charity which is dear to anyone's heart who spends a lot of time on the water, as their volunteers will come out in all weathers to help mariners in trouble.
