After the success of 2012 challenges, I decided to push myself further.... so during 2013 I will be taking part in the following events to raise money for this fab charity.. Pancreatic Cancer Action:

PCA - 02/Feb - Rauceby Ripper - 14km run
PCA - 17/Mar - Barrow Spring Challenge - 26.2mile walk
PCA - 29/May - Dane's Threesome - National 3 peaks
PCA - 15/Sept - Great North Run - 13.1mile run
PCA - 06/Oct - Royal Parks Half - 13.1mile run

Only 3% survive 5 years after diagnosis of pancreatic cancer - this number hasn't changed in over 40 years. We are raising awareness of & providing education about pancreatic cancer to the public & medical communities so more can be diagnosed in time for surgery - the only potential for a cure.
