Dear you

The Oxford English Dictionary defines the Marathon as "A bloody stupid thing to do, the first bloke who did it dropped dead". On the 10/10/10 I will be doing my first marathon in Munich, estimated time 3 hours.

I'm raising money for George House Trust; the organisation I work for. George House Trust provides advice, information and support to people living with or affected by HIV. I am covering all the costs the trip so every penny you donate wil go directly to services for HIV positive people.

Training started in June and already my feet look like the surface of the moon and after some champion chaffing my nips now resemble a pair of tea stains on my chest. To achieve my 3 hour target I'm running 6 times averaging 50 miles+ per week.

So please dig deep

Daniel x
