Following the success of last year's Great North Run, i've decided to do something at this time each year to mark the anniversary of my Mum losing her battle against cancer...As many of you know, I have an innate fear of heights and so felt that a suitable challenge this year would be to throw myself out of a plane at 10,000 ft...If I raise enough money I may even be able to afford a parachute for the journey down!! (I need to hit my donation target by mid-september in order to warrant a parachute, so please dig deep!!!)  

 

All funds raised will go to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation (the only charity in the UK wholly dedicated to defeating lung cancer, the biggest cancer killer in the world) and together with your help, their aim is to prevent other families going through what we did 2 years ago.
