As you can see I have taken the rather bold step of deciding to run the Southend 10k and am hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Brainwave charity. Brainwave provides support for families of children with Brain injuries and we have been lucky enough to attend there with our little angel Ava. Brainwave were the first people to discover and unlock the fabulous potential that our little girl had, a truely priceless gift for us as parents.
