Every year I organise a fishing match for Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who support families with terminally ill children - If you look along the left hand side you can find more info regarding the Charity.
I usually distribute a paper copy of the Sponsorship / Donation form but have this year been dragged into the 21st century and posted it on here.
I appreciate that with the current credit crunch this is probably not the ideal time to ask for donations but unfortunately children still get ill whatever the economic climate ! If you are able to sponsor me then I would be more than grateful.
