Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Most of my social life has been driven by my enjoyment of sport and physical activity, and the lifelong friendships that you make through meeting people with similar interests. My mum will recognise the sentence "I'm going out to play with my friends", almost cut off by the slam of the back door. My wife will say that I still use it! The money that we raise will ensure that a very special group of young people will be able to enjoy the same opportunities that I, and many of you, took for granted. I'm really looking forward to the trip. It has reminded me of some of the physical challenges that I shared with some of you, too many years ago. I hope that you will match my excitement and enthusiasm with your generosity. Thank you for contributing.
