You may or may not know, but in August 2010 Hayley and I will be flying to Tanzania in Africa to climb Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest point in Africa.

This gruelling trek will take a total of 7 days (Yes 7 days on a mountain, with no showers or toilets!!!!).   Conditions on the mountain will be really tough, with temperatures reaching around -30 near the summit.  We have both been training really hard over the past few months, and watching as endless Ray Mears and Bear Grylls Documentary's to have the best chance of survival!!!!! haha

So we would really appreciate if you could dig deep and donate whatever you can to our chosen charity, which is the Five Stars Appeal.  This Charity helps children suffering from Cancer and other serious illnesses in the North West and beyond.  http://www.fivestarsappeal.co.uk/
