At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Mum (Lilian) died this April at the age of 97. Mum led a very hard and very active life. She celebrated her 95th birthday with family and friends and not long after that she had a fall and broke her thigh. When she came home we noticed a difference in Mum, she had the start of Alzheimers. Some days she was fine but others she was just in"Mums World!" I never knew much about Alzeimers until then and after reading and meeting some of the Alzheimers society staff have learnt more. I have dedcided to raise £10,000 next year by doing charity shows. We have already booked Princes hall in Aldershot for a solo show on April 7th Tickets available in new year (www.princeshall.com ) so please donate and help research .

So please dig deep and donate now.
