Hi, Thanks for coming!

I am doing the 500 Miles for Smiles challenge on the 3rd October.  My friend Jack and I will run the mile throwing a rugby ball between us all the way.  It would be great if you could make a small donation to Miles for Smiles to encourage us to run faster!
