As many of you know, in 2009 I set myself a challenge to ride from Lands End to John O'Groats, which I completed in 11 days. I had another of those special moments a few months back and have now set myself a challenge to ride from John O'Groats to Lands End in FOUR days, thats about 220 miles per day (that will teach me from emailing my boss at midnight after a night of drinking)!!!

My ride starts on Thursday 20th September and I plan to finish by Monday 24th September 2012.

I am sure, you like me know at least one person that has survived, recovered or sadly been taken away from us by cancer. This year I will be supporting MacMillan Cancer Support who provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care for those suffering from cancer and their families.

My message is simple, let me suffer the torture and pain of cycling 880 miles in 4 days, all you need to do is wish for good weather and donate as much as you can afford to make it worth the effort, sweat and tears that will be required for me to finish this ridiculous challenge I have set myself.
