Story
With only a week to go until the race, I feel quite pleased with the way my training has gone; I tried to follow a training schedule set up by BUPA , the organisers, and have managed a couple of runs of about two hours and am now "tapering off". I didn't realise just how much time would be taken up with the training, as even if only doing a twenty minute run, with all the time to warm up and shower afterwards it took up over an hour. For the last ten days I've not had any alcohol in the hope that it may help!
