HI all, i am doing the Great North Run on the 20th of September for the Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation which is a fantsatic Charity......The run will be hard because i am fresh back from injury but this will not stop me doing the run so please donate what you can and help make a difference to alot of familys lives....
