ALL RACES AND EVENTS COMPLETED
Part 1: Skydive
I have completed a 15,000ft sky dive- I might not be able to have babies, but it was such a rush
Part2: 76.2 miles in a week
I firstly ran the South’s toughest Marathon- the Clarendon Way Marathon, which was lovely as I took the wrong footwear and it had been raining heavily all weekend.
I did this on the Sunday the 3rd of October at 10am; and it took 4hr54mins

The following Saturday- 09/10/10; I ran Caesars Camp Endurance Race 50 mile off road race. 13hrs34mins- started at midday Saturday and finished at 1:34am on Sunday.

Part 3: Dualthons
I did the Grim Duathlon the 23/10/10; which was very wet, cold and muddy. It consisted of a 30k off road route combining of two lots of 5K runs and a 20K bike ride.

For photos I was race number 87, or 0
Final Duathlon- 21/11/10- The Chilly One Dualthon- Castle Combe- very cold and wet
I did this Dualthon on the 21/11/10, i did the race in 1hr11mins. It was nice and cold and i had the added pleasure of a 6mile bike ride from the train station to the race circuit- warm up. followed by a 13 mile bike ride from the event to catch my train- warm down.
The race wasnt too bad- other than realising that purchasing a racer would of been a good idea as other competitors went flying past me on the tracks near perfect surface. My mountain bike did its job in fairness to it.

In summary; it’s been a tough and challenging year with the events, but all for a good cause.
