This is my third swim so I know a lot of you have already donated me in this annual pool-bound-outing so TRIPLE THANK YOU's for sponsoring me yet again.  Even if you can only give a couple of quid, it's going to a really good charity, who do so much (there's a bit on here somewhere about what the Isabel Hospice do).
