My story

It is with great sadness that we have to tell you that poor Drummer has had to be put to sleep following a sudden and rapid decline in his condition. The decision was only taken after much heart-searching by the specialist vets involved in his care, his fosterers and our Area and Regional Co-ordinators who all felt that we had done our very best for him, but after a brave fight his poor body had simply now given up.

This is Drummer who although it is hard to believe is a 4 year old Chocolate Labrador Retriever, he has come into The Labrador Rescue Trust with a serious skin condition. He is already improving in his foster home as he has been getting the right medication and decent food paid for by TLRT but we desperately need funds to support him for the rest of his life and for all the other Labrador's that we support and rehome.

Charity Registration No. 1088198

The Labrador Rescue Trust is a charity covering the South West of England, to rescue and re-home Labradors in need of new homes for whatever reason, and to re-home them into genuine, caring homes. It matches the dog to the home and does not operate on a 'waiting list' basis.
