On 23rd May I am running the Hull Run for all 10k which has been organised by the Jane Tomlinson Appeal. It is hoped that thousand of pounds will be raised for this charity and that of its partner charities for this event.

I have decided to run for the local charity The Daisy Appeal. This chartity not only conducts research into cancer but also heart disease. Earlier this year my Grandma died after suffering from heart failure for about 18 months. I thought it would good to run this race in memory of her and to raise as much money as I can for the Daisy Appeal.

The Daisy Appeal is aimimg to raise £3.5 million to buy two Cyclotron machines, which will help to identify and treat heart disease and certain types of cancer. The Appeal will also fund three research scientists for three years to investigate cardiac, neurological and cancer conditions.

I would be grateful if you could sponsor me so that we can help the Daisy Appeal reach their target.
