Hi Everyone!
Yes its me again......running the Great Cumbrian Run 2009 - Half Marathon, in aid of the Myelin Project.
I'll be running the 13.1 miles on Sunday 25th October - so not much training time left - scary......!
Jasmyn is also running the 1.5 miles family "FUN" !! Run on the same day. She says she is going to win it ;-) She is in training for her third triathlon this year, which takes place on 1st November in Hexham. She is loving her sport!
If you could manage to sponsor both myself and Jas and donate money to the Myelin Project, we'd both be extremely grateful. I'll really need all the incentive to get around this year as my training hasn't gone to plan and I'll be happy just to finish it - but believe me, I will!
