Hi Everyone,
Thanks for taking the time to visit our page. As with many good ideas, this one started with a chat with someone at the rugby club who mentioned that his family were raising funds for an extremely worthwhile cause by simply swimming, cycling and running one way round a lake. I took the idea back to my very good friend's Charlotte and Debbie who jumped at the chance to train and compete to raise money for a great cause. The event takes place on Sunday 6th September at Liquid Leisure in Datchet and we have just been informed that we shall be competing against the likes of Lawrence Dallaligio and Richard Stannard (4 times World Champion) - we don't know whether to be terrified or to enjoy the "scenery"! The charity, The Emily Ash Trust, is one that supports families and children affected by cancer and I ask you to look at www.emilyashtrust.co.uk to understand the importance your very kind donation shall have. All donations, small or large, will be fantastic so please donate what you can and I promise we shall swim, run and cycle as hard as we can.
