<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Des's passion and dedication to his work, love of people and life, and incisive wit and humour was an inspiration to all around him.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">His individuality and unique style brought a vibrance and energy to any situation, and he was valued and respected by so many as a truly unique human being.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Des will be remembered for numerous things - for embracing foresight and innovation in his work, for making people laugh whatever the circumstances, for being the life and soul of social interaction and for loving and caring for his family and close friends.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Des's spirit will live on irrevocably and his memory will be a celebration of his life.</p>
