<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>As you may know, I love <strong>triathlon</strong> and am planning to complete a sprint event and an olympic this year, but the real challenge will be a <strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">half Ironman</span></em></strong>, also known as a 70.3, in September which I am aiming to complete, to <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>raise money for Acorns Hospice.&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p>The event is a 1900m 'open water' swim, followed by a 56 mile ride (with hills) and finishing with a half marathon (13.9 miles), all in all 70.3 miles. It would be great to raise &pound;10 / mile! I hope you can support me with this challenge. It takes place on 23rd September 2012 in the New Forest. Your support means so much to me and will keep me motivated, please help raise money for this great place.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, Calibri, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Established in 1988, Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is a registered charity offering a network of care for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families, across the heart of England. These children and young people are not expected to reach adulthood and require specialist care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
