Four months ago, I lost my mother to breast cancer. In the wake of her passing, I was shoved into the throes of grief. I’d never lost anyone so close to me and so this is uncharted territory.

I have now decided to take on a challenge to do something positive and raise money for Cancer Research UK. I am running my first race ever in honor of my mother.
