On 18th June, EP&D will be joining together as a team to swim the equivalent distance of Dover to Calais.  That's 34 km and in our case, 1,360 lengths of the David Lloyd Centre at Hatfield who have very kindly allowed us to train in their pool and fully support the event on the 18th!

We have decided to hold the event in aid of Great Ormond Street as the 6 year old daughter of one of our colleagues recently suffered a brain haemorrhage and they were fantastic and as a result she will go on the lead a full and healthy life. The department have been so touched by this that they would like to help Great Ormond Street help other families. T-Mobile offer a matching service, so every penny we raise they will match, doubling our contribution.
