British 10K London Run 2009 · 12 July 2009 ·

Grief Encounter aims to relieve the emotional distress of bereaved children, young people and their families. We help by developing and promoting resources and by raising public awareness of bereavement issues for children. No-one can wave a magic wand but Grief Encounter can help the journey.

Story

Hello!

I know many of you have been so generous in your donations in the past - your support has been invaluable.

I am once again running the British 10k on 12th July 2009  to raise money for Grief Encounter which is an amazing charity helping children and young people who have suffered a bereavement, offering them support and care.

Whilst it is only a short run it would be amazing if you could spare any amount to go towards this great cause. It doesn't matter how much - every little helps.

Just for your information, by sponsoring through Just Giving the money will go straight to the charity and Gift Aid can be reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

Thanks so much for your support, and remember - any support you can give, no matter how big or small can make a huge difference.

Emma :)
