Hey Guys,

Thanks for visiting my page, it's a good start though it'd be even better if you donated a little bit!! So I'm running the London Parks Half Marathon on October 11th this year, not quite sure how i ended up doing it but I'll be there nonetheless and plodding round (hopefully in under 2 hours) doubtlessly hurting!

I'm running for Homestart (http://www.home-start.org.uk) check them out, they're a great charity. Any money you can spare would be very much appreciated and can be your good deed for the day, so please dig deep!
