Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. For charity, I am about to embark on an unfrorgiving task of  epic travel through Kenya - this will include wrestling tigers, conquering mountains, striving through searing desert land, swimming through torrid river currents and........ok not quite that, but I am cycling 420km across the country so that's probably enough!   

Now to the serious stuff. Last year I took part in the same event as part of the charity organisation International Childcare Trust. We were cycling across Cambodia and I was able to see first hand just how much poverty exists amongst some cultures - it was a stark reminder of just how much we have in the western world. However I was also able to see the huge difference that the donated money made - giving homless, sick, starving children the chance to enjoy the simplest but most important things in life like going to school, drinking clean water, and having fun.
