We are a national charity providing support to the farming community in England & Wales

Story

Five Edgcott&Winslow young farmers members have decided to do a sponsored cycle ride from Winslow Buckinghamshire up to sunny Blackpool to the National YFC Annual AGM.
We are aiming to achieve Winslow to Blackpool in under 24hours the route we have looked at taking is roughly 200 miles.
Our five unfit cyclists are Michael Fisk, David Hastings, William Ives, Alan Burborough, Henry Mitchell, and will be supported with a backup vehicle driven by Daniel Latty and Abigail Burborough.
We have decided that the two charities we have choosen to support are:

Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) Charity no:(294354)
Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) Charity no: (208858)

MNDA is a charity close to our hearts as one of our members who in 2012 lost his mother (Diane Ives) to motor neurone disease. This is a disease which slowly stops your muscles working. There are quite alot of sufferers locally and we would like to support the charity to allow them to support many other sufferers.

We have chosen to support RABI aswell as its a charity close within our industry, RABI is an agricultural charity supporting farmers who are struggling for a host of reasons i.e: Health, Financial etc, they aslo support one of our members brothers who is disabeled and loves going to a farm for young disabled adults, which is supported by RABI.
I hope this gives you an outline of our plans and hope you can support us in this mighty challenge if you would like anymore information please dont hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for taking your time to read this please help us by spreading the word.
