I'm competing in my first ever Triathlon on 8th July 2011 in the Jones Lang LaSalle Property Triathlon http://www.propertytriathlon.com/ .

In the last year I’ve gone on a fitness frenzy and hope that this competition will show the result of all my work. And I will be competing against someone in my office and will hopefully beat them!

I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for North London Hospice. As some of you may know, my mum is a palliative care social worker there so I hear all about the good work they do, so please give as much as you can.

I could go on about triathlons and giving money but I know you're all busy, but this only takes a second!
