On 25th April 2010, I will be running the London Marathon to raise money for The Prostate Cancer Charity.

The Prostate Cancer Charity was set up in 1996 in response to the urgent need to increase investment in prostate cancer research and to raise public and political awareness of a long neglected disease. They are the UK’s leading voluntary organisation working with people affected by prostate cancer.

The charity is one that is close to my heart, as a family member was diganosed with Prostate Cancer at a young age. As this type of cancer is not talked openly about, I am keen to raise awareness of it.
